EHC Cancellation Policy

Classes:

• If you register for multiple classes and cancel one of the two, anywhere from now until 14 days before a new class term starts, you will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. This is to reduce indecisive double registrations, which reduce visibility during registration periods.

• If you are a returning student and you forget to apply a discount code at registration, we will not honor that discount code retroactively.

• If you cancel 13 - 7 days before the start of the term, only 50% of your tuition will be refunded.

• If you cancel 7 - 0 days before the start of the term, tuition is non-refundable.

• There is a 10% fee if you cancel an 8 week term class, or if you need to switch classes 14 or more days prior to the start of a term.

• Practice time perk is non-refundable.

Workshops: We will issue a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) on workshop tuitions if we receive your cancellation 1 or more weeks week prior to the workshop date. No refunds or credits are given for missed workshops.

Private/Group Lessons: We will issue a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) on private/group lessons if we receive your cancellation 72 hours prior to the session date. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions, and we will not refund for individual cancellations within a larger, prepaid group reservation.

Membership: There are no refunds on fully paid annual membership. Studio operation fees are non refundable.
