Together we'll learn to use a variety of other handbuilding techniques to create a functional bowl for storing knitting yarn, with swirling yarn guides built into each piece. At the end of this workshop, participants will select a glaze color for Easthampton Clay to finish their bowls with. We will email you when work is ready for pick up! Join us for this fun fall workshop, where participants will learn to work with slabs and a variety of other handbuilding techniques to create a functional food bowl for your favorite furry friend. Saturday, December 5th, 10AM-12:30PM
Get in the holiday spirit at this festive workshop! Learn to use traditional handbuilding techniques to create a functional Christmas tree luminary, with personalized details to ornament your tree. Participants will select a glaze color for Easthampton Clay to finish their luminaries with. All materials are included, and Easthampton Clay will fire your luminaries in a color of your choice at the end of this workshop. Luminaries will be ready for pick up by Christmas, making the perfect gift or decoration.

Saturday, January 2nd, 10AM-12:30PM
New year, new takeout container! There's no better way to celebrate the new year than with some comforting takeout food. To stay on theme, we'll be teaching workshop participants to construct their very own, functional ceramic takeout box using traditional handbuilding and slab techniques. At the end of the workshop participants will select a glaze color to finish their pieces in. Easthampton Clay will fire your containers and reach out when they're ready for pick up, roughly one month after the workshop.

Saturday, January 23rd, 10AM-1PM
In this workshop, participants will create a functional set of ceramic salt and pepper shakers. Learn to sculpt animal figures, transforming them into functional kitchenware. Participants will decorate their animal shakers with underglaze paints during the workshop, and Easthampton Clay will fire your pieces in a transparent glaze at the end of this workshop. All materials are included in the cost or registration, and we will email you roughly one month after the workshop with pick up instructions.

Friday, February 26 | 6-8:30PM
Join us for an evening of light! Participants will learn to handbuild a mushroom luminary that is sure to brighten your home or garden.

Proceeds from this workshop will be donated to the Children's Advocacy Center of Hampshire County, an organization dear to Easthampton Clay's heart that services children and families in need of therapeutic healing. All materials are included in the cost of the workshop, and EHC will inform participants when their work is fired and ready for pickup.
